Shipping policy

Please allow us 7 to 10 business days for order processing and handling.  Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping duration will depend on the customer's location. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you immediately with the tracking information.

Expedited services are not available at this time. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package leaves our warehouse. If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, consider adding shipping insurance to your package. You can also reach out to us once you've placed your order to request a "signature required" delivery (subject to additional charges)

If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to FedEx (800-463-3339) or UPS ((800) 742-5877) Customer Service.  Due to privacy concerns, Glam Style Home Decor cannot reach out to FedEx or UPS on behalf of customers. FedEx/UPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery or add insurance to your shipment.

 

ARRIVAL DATES

Glam Style Home Decor does its best to assure merchandise arrives within the quoted delivery time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance. However, we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery.

COLOR & FINISH

Due to the uniqueness and raw material used in some of our products, the color, finish, and dye lot may vary on each item. Also, due to the nature of how products are crafted, the uniqueness of each item varies from piece to piece. In addition, exposure to light and temperature changes can affect the condition of your merchandise over time.

PRODUCT CARE

Remember to gently wipe down your product(s) upon receipt to remove any dust it may have collected during handling and shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We do NOT currently ship products to any other countries outside the United States. We also do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We are working feverously to add those locations to our shipping destinations. Be sure to get on our mailing list to get notified once we start shipping to your part of the world.
